A smile that transformed a life. In this case, the presence of advanced periodontal disease and the poor prognosis of the teeth that were still in the mouth, led us to opt for the placement of implants in the upper and lower jaw and two totally fixed prostheses.
On the same day that the implants were placed, fixed prostheses were also placed on the provisional implants that immediately restored the function and aesthetics of this smile.
