In 2021, Leonel completes his Integrated Master’s degree in Dental Medicine and, that same year, he attended the postgraduate course in Oral Implantology at the Egas Moniz University Institute, which then finishes is 2022. In the same institution and in the same year, Leonel begins the postgraduate course in Surgery of included teeth, which he concludes in 2023.

He was and still is a guest monitor of different courses, and his passion for the academic world made him join as a PhD student in Biomedical Sciences at the Egas Moniz University Institute – Corporativa Egas Moniz.

At AM SMILING clinic, Leonel works as a general dentist, but has a special preference and aptitude for the digital area, the area in which innovation happens the most.

He is passionate about politics and national history. He loves photography and is a fan of motorsport.
